The design is good, but the center bolt with the locking mechanism is now stuck. If you block it, it will turn around so no one can easily steal it. However, when it's unlocked to take it off, it doesn't grab the screws underneath and rotates like it's locked. This means I cannot return this unit as I cannot remove it from the spare tire without damaging the mechanism. If someone can just send me a new screw with the part attached, I can break off the current one and replace it with a new working part. I have no option to upload photos or videos for a refund, I just wish I could send them back, but I can't return them because they are taped to my car. Video shows the proof
