We have a 10 lb kitten and the medium size fits us very well. Our cat didn't like her previous harness at all, but she likes wearing this one and we put it on with little effort. We weren't sure about the quality as there were few reviews but we are very happy with the stitching, durability and details. Our cat is a house cat who goes outside when we want her to go outside. I don't know if she has the stamina to go camping or going on an adventure. For the typical house cat that likes to stay indoors and smell the hosts, this is a good choice. .
