I like the 2 pound size and price of this welding wire. I've been using Lincoln since I started welding a few years ago. Brought it to the first test yesterday. We must build new gates for our horses. I used a rusty old well pipe that was lying around my house. Cleaned up a bit with a wire brush (my grinder just died) and you're done. This wire spattered less than the others, penetrated well, and lay very flat. The only problem I've encountered is randomly getting stuck in the hose. Not sure why. I've never had that at Lincoln Wire. The gate was ready, hung and tested. Worked great, welds are solid and look pretty decent for flux on old pipes.
