$30 KVM works! (with some quirks)
Does $30 get any better? Sure, you can spend a lot more and get better functionality, but for $30 you can't beat it. It even comes with cables. The only thing that is a little annoying is that when you are not on the selected computer, the computer thinks that there is no keyboard, mouse or monitor connected to it. Every time you turn your computer on or off, it's like connecting devices for the first time. Some motherboards are trickier than others in this regard. However, once you sort out the bugs, it's great. Some motherboards are trickier than others in this regard.
