After the birth of our first baby, my wife and I bought all the baby products recommended by books, websites, relatives and friends. This includes a diaper pail for storing dirty diapers. Even with scented pouches and a storage system designed to minimize odor, we found that all diapers with baby poo in the area stink. Instead of a bucket, plastic bags are now attached. and occasional cleanings we just use these bags. I checked the price at both Target and Walmart and Revain is cheaper. A bag holds two diapers, but I would recommend a 1:1 ratio. I take out the trash once a week and the trash can in my hot garage doesn't stink because the bag is scented. This is a much better solution than a diaper pail.
