Poor implementation of a good idea

Non-intuitive design. If you enjoy spending time figuring out how to use a gadget, you might enjoy it. If you just want this thing to work without having to read the instructions over and over again every time you have a problem, forget it. It was not automatically switched to the end of daylight saving time. What good is a connected device if it doesn't automatically adapt to such things? That's a very simple thing. When first turned on, the light is too bright. This defeats the purpose of gradually increasing the brightness of the light. I like the concept, but the execution sucks. If I can still return it I will probably return. I don't understand why this thing has so many positive reviews. Update: I was having trouble resetting the time due to connection issues because I tried later and it worked, but it's still a case where it didn't change automatically. time as it should be. Another update: another time change and I can't figure out how to turn the clock back. Garbage.

Pros
  • Everyone likes it so far
Cons
  • Outdated model
