LATEST UPDATE. So let me just say that Gocheer's customer service team is phenomenal. I love them, they were very positive, friendly and helpful. They sent me a new airbrush fairly quickly, it has all the right parts and works perfectly. I am very comfortable. Even if there was an error at the beginning, they did their best to fix everything and I am very grateful to them for that. I've added an image with my current setup to showcase the airbrush. Will I buy from you again? Yes. do i like your product? Yes. Is it suitable for beginners? Yes. Is it suitable for long-time airbrush users? I do not know . For me as a beginner it suits my needs and gives me a chance to try my hand at a hobby without having to put an arm and a leg into it. For these reasons I give this review 5 stars, the product serves its purpose, is inexpensive and works right out of the box. Below is the original review in all its rage. I ordered a HY-F200 airbrush kit from them. . It was under $80 and I thought it would be a fun, cheap introduction to airbrushing. I've been drawing a lot of miniatures lately and wanted to improve my game. A few days pass and the package comes, I put everything inside where I made room and prepared my miniatures for painting. Eager and excited to start airbrushing Mini for the first time. Unpacking is easy, there isn't much space, but that's okay, everything looks like it arrived safely. I connect the air compressor, turn it on, it works! Ok, now the first color. . wait, something is missing. no hose! I can't connect my new airbrush to an air compressor! Of all the missing parts, this hose is perhaps the largest. UPDATE: It's been over 24 hours since I emailed them with no response. I bought an "airbrush hose" at my local hobby lobby to keep me going, but it looks like the connection point to the compressor is smaller than the average compressor, so it was a defect. UPDATE: The seller just contacted me. , (about 2 days since I first emailed them) They informed me that it was a country holiday so they were closed and therefore had not responded. I understand and really appreciate that they explained what happened, they also let me know that they are sending me a brand new set! not just a missing piece that I was shocked about but greatly appreciated. I will update to confirm that the new kit has indeed arrived. In the meantime, I'm increasing my rating by 1 star to 2 stars while I wait.
