This product works great without a case or maybe with a different case. I have tried using this product with the Otterbox Store Safe but my 13 Pro Max will not fit. Customer service is fantastic, they sent a message asking how happy I was before I even contacted them about the issue. As soon as I informed them of the problem, they solved my problem the same day. So if you're thinking of a MagSafe car charger, this charger is great if you're not using an Otterbox case.
