I've been using this since my baby was born (about 5 months old) it's traveled about 12 times and it's amazing how sturdy this thing is. I use a duvet that covers the mattress topper (very durable). With my son now hitting the 20 pound mark I am sad to drop the mattress. The changing pad is perfect too! That's the perfect height, the back doesn't hurt! And I use the trolley on the side to place a plastic bag that I throw dirty diapers into.
