This winch is bigger than I expected, it runs quietly and smoothly, the winch is very strong, I actually got my line 8ft off the hook when first time I used it, I noticed the new cord had a few friezes before I used it so that was the point of the week. I should have asked for a new cable before using it, but I didn't. Very solid winch, it's a bit slow but I can definitely live with that. The super winch worked well and I would definitely recommend it. I heard their customer service is great too, I'm sure if I told them about the cable issue they would fix it. I just used cable clamps and it seems to work.
