Bowl broke during use
Bought to replace a bowl that had a broken bottom where the metal pin was inserted. After a short use in our kitchen, after grating a few pieces of Parmesan cheese, star-shaped cracks appeared on the underside. If the metal pin is deformed or displaced due to cracks around it, it can be dangerous for the user if the rotating cutting blades break off the pin. After filing a complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission and contacting Ninja's customer service department, Ninja provided me with another replacement base, but identical to the two previously hacked.
