I looked at others for twice the price. It didn't cost much and was a great size for many things. The two insulated compartments at the ends come in handy when making unexpected stops and collecting items that need to be kept cool. As it is long, I have no hope of carrying a heavy load in it. I see the handles as something to hold on to if you want to move. The product description says if you want to use ice in these compartments you must put the ice in a plastic bag. It doesn't say anywhere that these compartments are waterproof, so I'm surprised other reviewers expect this.
