Review on National Construction Estimator by Joseph Marshall

I love how user friendly it was for my estimators when they had questions or needed help! The software isn't very good at communicating information back out once changes have been made so sometimes mistakes are overlooked because we can’t see them until after-the fact which causes issues later down the road (if there even has time). Make sure this program meets all of YOUR needs if considering purchase - not just theirs!! We were able track hours/costs throughout our project life cycle as well as manage submittals from subcontractors along side actual change orders. This allowed us better communication between departments & vendors leading up to closeout date allowing projects to remain on budget while maintaining quality workmanship within scope limits set forth by owner's permit conditions.
