We have had this iron for a few months now. I will say that this is definitely not our favorite. We had Sunbeam and it died after 1-2 years. So I started looking for a quick replacement. I probably wouldn't buy it again. It works, it strokes, but you have to be careful because it can be very delicate. You have to let it warm up. It's not a quick warm up and use like my other iron. We ruined a few clothes because the iron wasn't fully heated. It sticks to certain types of clothing, so be careful. It irons and caresses well when you have patients. But it's not as easy as my last iron. This was slick and much easier to use. My other iron was much more expensive. I think I need to go back to the high mark as that seems too frustrating for us. Generally if you need less expensive hardware this might work. Just be patient and take your time. Good ironing of clothes if carefully.
