This bracket is STRONG. If you're worried about getting a cheap piece of metal at this price point, don't worry. I installed this on a brick fireplace using the included concrete anchors and I think I could jack this thing up if I wanted to. It's a bit tricky to get the level of the TV once it's installed, it just takes a little patience. As for tilt, you really have to tighten those adjustment screws for it to hold, but it does.
