My father was trying to help me remove a GE motor from a squirrel cage. He pulled it, twisted it, and went for hammer and fist blows. I knew there had to be a better way so I hopped onto YouTube and saw someone using a hub puller. It's easy with this tool. I once heard a comparison that using the wrong tool for the job is like trying to eat soup with a fork. it is like it is. Took me less than 2 minutes with this tool and it was ez pz. I've also read some reviews on other hub pullers because I got this one and read that the mounting bolt was bent after the first use. I'm glad I got this one. It's well made with good threads and if I ever need to use it again I'll have it.
