I originally gave a 5 star review but after a few weeks of use the whole family HATES this unit! It no longer works, it turns off randomly. The timer doesn't work. It either burns or undercooks the food. The operation is absolutely not intuitive, there are too many steps and buttons to press. For the price you can definitely get better quality products that work and aren't as flimsy as this product. Don't waste your money.
