Very silky soft, stretchy fabric, with adjustable straps, and perfect for a night out or a holiday party. You'll want to wear a stick-on bra or backless bra with this dress. Also, the size chart doesn't seem very accurate. I'm a size 2, but a thick one at the moment, and was thinking the chest area might be a little small, but the other measurements were larger than mine, so I went with it. It was actually big on me, and it would've fit better if it was an XS, unfortunately, they don't offer that size. I think this would be a flattering dress in different sizes with the way it's cut. I took off one star for the sizing and the cut of the top seems large for the small size, but if you have a larger chest, this could be beneficial for you.
