I don't have a roof rack, so installing the antenna included with weBoost is problematic. Using a magnetic mount antenna and a wire through the vent on the roof of my van, I got a clean setup that's almost invisible from the ground. (I disassembled the vent, found a dark spot, drilled a small hole, carefully threaded a wire through the vent, and sealed everything with some silicone.) A large antenna puts out 8dBm more than a small one, but I'm fine with that.
