Review on Copley Consulting Group by Robert Oner

I like how easy it was for me to get everything set up at my office! After just one day of training I learned how much this product could benefit us here at work!! There were many different features that we can use as far as inventory tracking etc. It helped us be organized so much better than what we used before. Nothing really!! Customer service was always awesome and friendly too. So far all is well, but there are certain things about the software that I hope will improve soon (Like when you first log into a new computer/browser). This would have allowed employees to see if they had an error or something wrong while entering information into the system. My benefits department never worked together. Now we not only know when someone submits paperwork or updates in person, now we know exactly which hours they clock out for breaks. Their ability to understand the business needs and provide recommendations that are aligned to those needs. They have been able to work within the confines of my organization and have had success doing so. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. There was nothing about working with CPG that I disliked. They were very professional and easy to work with. They helped us identify areas where we needed to improve and implement some changes.
