Has a pause control (which intentionally does not completely stop waterflow), teflon tape.This LITERALLY took me 30 seconds to install! You hand tighten -- no need for a wrench, and I didn't have to use the included rubber washer/gasket. I actually didn't need the included teflon tape because there was some still on the pipe. I also didn't need the rubber washer/gasket; I got a good seal tightening by hand.I got this one over another slightly smaller in diameter showerhead because I prefer a larger showerhead.My only complaint is the picture shows "Official USA Standard" prominently, which may lead some to believe that the product is made in the USA. Not so.Walmart delivered on a Sunday morning with regular Prime shipping! The product wasn't even due until the next day.Why didn't I replace my showerhead earlier?!
