Order received relatively quickly and you get 2 holders. Very easy to use - simply connect the shoulder and waist straps to the buckles, wrap the keeper around the belt and snap into place. Slide the bracket up the strap until the shoulder strap reaches a comfortable position. It really stays there. You don't have to remove it from your belt; Once loosened, simply slide the retainer back into the buckle. I've also used the second one in the passenger seat and it works fine too. However, the hip belt comes to mid-abdomen on both holders, so this is a problem. I'm still trying to find an adjusted spot where the lap belt stays in place. In general I like the product.
