Review on 🎒 Economy Bag with Wood Strips: Balsa & Basswood by Lori Aguirre

I bought two "thrifty" wooden bags for the school bridge project. One contained this bag with stripes, and the other contained the "assorted" balsa bag (all stripes are in the picture). I wanted most of the balsa and some basswood for the most stressed elements. What I got from this product was ALL fake. Almost 1/3 of the pieces have gray streaks of inner rind (weak flesh) running through them. At around 50 cents per stick, I expect better. I can buy oak cheaper! One even had a knot with a large gap. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 instead of a 1 is because at least it couldn't fool me with what I got compared to the other balsa bag. pretty useless for the project, and nothing like the picture. This company sells low quality waste from the culling process to hapless internet parents looking for a 'deal'. Spend the few bucks more and buy from another seller.
