This set makes me feel like a professional cleaner. Now I always want to clean windows. The book is spot on and if you suck it up you'll be cleaning windows in no time; especially after doing it a few times. You need to know this; Not worth it unless you have big windows. It comes with three different sized scrapers and two different sized scrubbers. The largest scrapers and scrubbers are designed for solid windows; I will NEVER need them. The solution is good too, but I've read online and even in the book that came with it that any dish soap mixed with vinegar and water works just as well, if not better. While I like the product, probably 95% of us don't need this set. Save half the money and buy the parts separately.
