First of all I've been looking for a phone holder for quite some time. I don't like the vents because they seem flimsy and I live in Florida so I don't want to block the AC. I also don't like the suction cups on the windshield because the heat causes them to fall off and get in the way of my sun visor. However, this device solves these problems. It works great and gets my map just below my line of sight so I can see it easily without taking my eyes off the road for long periods of time. The tundra dash is a little thicker, but the clip is big enough to fit. Overall a nice addition to driving comfort.
