A recent purchase of mine was made at CY2SIDE, an e-commerce website that offers products for the house and kitchen as well as wall art, posters, and prints. Sadly, my experience with this business was not at all what I had hoped for or expected. The quality of the items I ordered was appallingly low when they arrived. Because the images were unclear and the colors were washed out, the posters and printouts came across as unprofessional and lacking in quality. It was disheartening to discover that the things I had been looking forward to so excitedly did not live up to my expectations. The lackluster quality of the customer support was another letdown. They did not respond to my attempts to reach out to them and communicate my concerns; furthermore, they were of no assistance to me. It was abundantly obvious that they had no intention of addressing my concerns and were merely attempting to brush me off as irrelevant. In conclusion, the procedure of shipping was a complete and utter nightmare. The tracking information that was provided was inaccurate and unclear, and it took significantly longer for my items to appear than I had been led to believe they would. Having to wait for such a long time for products that turned out to be of a lower quality was very aggravating. In general, my experience with CY2SIDE was one that left me feeling very let down. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase high-quality home and kitchen goods, as well as wall art, posters, or prints. Avoid the hassle and seek elsewhere for superior products and service instead of going here.
