When my shoes arrived one of them had stains that looked like part of the leather was peeling off. I contacted the company and after a short chat they asked me to send them a photo. with a customer service specialist. I did this and after a few hours they gave me permission to return them and they even sent me a UPS label to send the shoes back which I did the next day. That was last Friday, and yesterday, Tuesday, I received a notification that my account has already been credited. The Peltz Shoe guys are great to work with and I appreciate their efforts in looking after me.
