This platform can handle many variables, but be sure your team has good understanding of what they want to accomplish with this software because it is relatively complex. I highly recommend you consider Numerate when considering your next solution, as it solves all our problems and allows us to focus on adding value instead of troubleshooting. We've been able to integrate our data across channels to increase transparency and efficiencies. We have improved our customer success, operational processes, and reporting capabilities. It allows us to manage our loans in an organized way. We can even track them from the time they are originated. I like that there isn't much that it doesn't do but when you want to add something new it will cost you money. If your looking for a low cost option this might not be for you since adding any additional fields or functions will increase costs. This has helped me organize my paperwork which helps keep things orderly and easier to see at a glance.
