My Story of a Poor Online Shopping Experience with PXPART

Let me share with you the story of my regrettable encounter with the PXPART online shop. Everything began when I chose to buy some lighting accessories for my vehicle. I had no idea that this would be the start of a protracted and difficult voyage. First of all, my order's arrival was delayed three times—not once, not twice, but three times! Each time I spoke with their customer support, I received a different justification, and they lacked urgency in trying to fix the problem. Finally, I was disappointed to discover that the products were subpar when my purchase finally arrived. Some of the poorly made lighting accessories even came broken. The goods had obviously not undergone a quality check before being distributed. I got in touch with them again, but the situation was worse this time. The representative was rude, insensitive, and useless. Talking to a brick block was how it felt. In the end, I was responsible for covering the cost of return postage, and even then, it took weeks for me to get my money back. I won't ever purchase at PXPART's online store again because of how unpleasant the entire experience was. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this business at all costs.
