I have moved frequently in the past 20 years. I discovered these picture hangers while living in Japan. Command hangers work well for hanging lighter items, but when I want to hang "heavier" items (8 pounds or more), this is the right choice. Whether you're hanging items on a textured wall, wallpaper, or anything else, moving these hangers around without damaging your wall is a difficult thing to fix. This particular set came with a tape measure and the smallest spirit level I've seen worked great.
