Only allows charging when the battery is completely empty

Please note when using this BMS that the battery voltage must be VERY low for this BMS to charge the battery. If you have trouble charging, first try to discharge the battery below 40V and then try to charge it. I have a 13S package using this BMS; I thought the BMS was broken but then I drained the battery to 39V with a dummy load. After that, when I tried to charge the battery, it worked. It's a bit annoying that the battery has to be completely empty with this BMS in order to charge it, but technically the BMS works.
