This collar is a great price, is made with good materials and looks like it will be very comfortable to wear. The wide 1 1/2 inch strap comes in handy when walking the dog because if I have to tug on the leash to get her attention, the force is best distributed, reducing the chance of discomfort or injury. However, it's a bit wider than I thought it would be and looks way too prominent on the dog's neck. I like looking at the collar, but I prefer not to notice it more than the dog. My dog is 60 pounds and while the collar fits her neck well (although there isn't much room) it looks too wide for her height. It is recommended to make the largest collars with 1 1/2 straps and scale them down as the collars get smaller. 1 1/4 or maybe even 1 1/8 would be better for a collar this size.
