Review on ๐Ÿ”ช KEEMAKE Paring Knife - 4.5 inch Japanese Small Kitchen Knife with Octagon Wood Handle, High Carbon Stainless Steel Blade - Sharp Japanese Fruit Knife for Precise Cutting by Diane Diaz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

good knife A bit heavy for a Japanese (style) cutter.

Nice knife, quite sharp out of the box. My biggest concern is the weight and thickness of the blade. Most Japanese knives (this is not one!) are very light and comfortable to hold. It's a bit "heavy blade" and takes some getting used to. The blade itself proved to be quite sharp from the start, although a real Japanese knife will be razor sharp from the start. Not a bad cutter for basic use if you sharpen the edge a bit and the price is VERY reasonable!

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Requires socket
