Do not buy! best in Specialty Appliances

Do not buy this item. It shoots steam and drops of water onto your chocolate. You can't just remove a container filled with chocolate without burning yourself. You need to do this to chill the chocolate to pit and temper it. Also, the temperature only rises to 110 degrees Fahrenheit, which is only good for milk chocolate, which I don't typically use. Absolute waste of time and money. Made in China!
