I currently have an HP printer and prefer genuine HP inks as the print quality seems to be better. Depending on how often you use the printer, this ink can last for quite a while. However, if you use it (ie your printer) frequently, expect to pay around $80 for a cartridge. While I really like using HP inks, they are overpriced (for me) and often difficult to buy, so I choose other brands. However, be careful as some third-party inks may have their own issues (e.g. lower print quality, damage to your HP machine as it may not work as well, etc.). Generally excellent ink, just expensive. .
