I have had an Airlift 1000 installed on my 2014 Wrangler Rubicon for a number of years. Finally I decided to add a dashboard. The air valve is mounted on the fuel door and works fine apart from the hand bike pump or air hose etc. My only gripe is the ridiculous 200psi gauge that doesn't even register the minimum pressure of 5psi square inches in bags. The maximum pressure for the Airlift 1000 is 35psi, which is only 17% of the scale. I just bought a diesel turbo gauge that reads 0 to 60psi and put the whole setup in a gauge block instead of using the dashboard that came with it. (which should happen anyway regardless of the sensor that comes with it) The pod is on the A-pillar. I removed the sprocket because even high pressure air shocks never go over 140psi or so and airbags never go over 100psi let alone 200. The compressor is mounted on the rear fender behind the back seat. It's just a T somewhere on the catenary, so location doesn't matter, except outside, in the damp and dust. It only takes about 3 seconds to add 2 or 3 psi to the bags as they sink and maybe 10 to 15 seconds to get them up to about 20 psi. fit in the lines.
