I recently purchased a TikRound movement #1288SMQ, the stem doesn't seem to protrude far enough to attach the bracket. Are there any additional mounting hardware or do I need a much thinner dial? Also, this item was in the mailbox and the key to the locker was not in my mailbox, the locker I found it in was unlocked. I was lucky to get it before everyone else. I have another dial or a copy of the one I received last week, I don't understand why I need two of these.
