is great. BUT. First you need to pull out the old cartridge. what is DANGEROUS. This Amazon replacement cartridge comes with an unusable one. Don't make it LESS than a useless DANGEROUS plastic fantasy "TOOL" that should allow you to twist the cartridge in the faucet. right. does not happen. it just bends the plastic. what is actually good. because the alternative is to bend/break the flimsy brass lugs on the old cartridge, which is another nightmare. . do yourself a favor buy a tool. his metal. and uses a set screw to pull it out, much like a wheel/gear puller. works perfectly. 15 dollars. . ? How much does your plumber charge?
