My first impression was positive. I liked the interface. However, when trying to log in using my google account, I couldn't even get past the login screen without the error message saying "Sorry, right tool, right hands, right now..." This problem persisted throughout my entire session. After numerous attempts and troubleshooting attempts, nothing changed. Eventually I gave up trying to continue. Their support team did reply that the issue may be related to the recent changes implemented by Google. Even when I tried to sign in again after a few days their support said it was still happening. So no one was willing to commit to fixing the issue. Needless to say, I didn't finish my research assignment and ended up submitting late, despite that feeling guilty over doing so...





At first I had my reservations about using an app since I’m used to doing things online but after reading reviews and learning more, the ease of using this app made me realize that it wouldn’t have benefited me much to continue doing things on a computer when I already have a smartphone. This app makes it so easy to track items that come into and go out of my tool room. Allowing me to keep tabs on exactly how many, when they left, who brought them and where did they leave off too helps save money and resources. Not having to worry or even look up the item number to find information on the item just makes life easier. Overall, I love using this app. I think it would still benefit those who are more comfortable using a computer by allowing them to easily print out receipts while keeping a record for future reference. I also like that they offer bulk ordering options which allowed me to buy in quantities, saving both money and space.

With our growing inventory, the ability to place items securely in our office and then quickly search for and locate those items is critical. Being able to have immediate access to all parts, spares and accessories needed for common maintenance issues without searching through multiple boxes, bags and bins takes time and effort away from actual problem solving. This site offers a simple easy interface with search capability and makes doing so much easier than traditional methods of searching. Additionally, being given pre-selected selections from available inventory saves on both time and material.
