I recently purchased this intake manifold as part of my latest truck upgrade. I have to say that I want to do this intake manifold first. I've noticed quite a big difference: my turbo revs up much faster and the exhaust temperature has dropped significantly. When I drove empty, the exhaust gas temperature was in the 600 degree range. Now that I have this intake manifold installed they are in the 500 to 550 degree range or so. My mileage went from about a half mile to a full mpg with this air intake installed. My water methanol kit is very easy to install on the back of the intake manifold. I wish it had three ports because I have a Snow Performance MPG MAX kit that needs a boost source for the 2D controller in the cockpit. I had to drill an extra hole and trim it to 1/8" NPT but that wasn't too bad. I would recommend anyone replacing the factory Cummins intake manifold even if you didn't have upgrades for extra airflow and truck size should significantly affect controllability.
