Review on 📻 Neoteck IR Repeater: Control Amplifier, Cable Box, Stereo Receiver with 4 Emitters Hidden IR System by Amanda Wohltmann

I bought this to plug directly into the remote jack on my Yamaha stereo. I don't use transmitter diodes, instead I bought a 25 foot 1/8 inch male to male mono cable and plugged the extension directly into the Yamaha. Success! The system works very well. It works with mono connections, which means external IR receivers need to be externally powered. I will update this review if it doesn't work. Haven't tested it yet: range and angular sensitivity. Will let you know when I run the cables from the deck to the stereo box.
