Review on πŸͺœ Corner Pro Multi-Purpose Ladder Stand-Off & Stabilizer by Lance Alvarez

Solid but heavy and only for corners.

I bought this stabilizer for roof and corner work. After unboxing the product, I found that only angled extensions were included in the kit. You need to buy another set of roof extensions. I got around this by drilling a second set of mounting holes in the corner extensions so I could install the extensions rotated 90 degrees. It worked great with no apparent compromise in strength. During assembly I found that the pair of bolts were not long enough to properly connect the nuts to the nylock. These were two screws that attached the cross member. They should be about 1/8 inch longer. Otherwise the device was assembled with problems. It is an all-steel construction and the tubes are very similar to electrical wiring. they are heavy; about 12.5 pounds. Class 3 extension ladder to reach a 20ft roof. This ladder is heavy and difficult to handle, but I CANNOT handle the 12lb Ladder Max extension mounted on it. I had to have a helper and use a man in the derrick to level the ladder and lift the extension to get onto the roof. However, once the ladder was in place it was fairly solid and felt secure while working. The stabilizer is solid and seemed to effortlessly support all my weight during the installation of the roof. I hope this helps anyone considering this product. - David
