This corner bracket is sized to handle gutter corners, which is a fairly common scenario. Other brands are smaller and leave the ladder against the drain pipe, making the ladder very unstable. The only real issue is the weight at the top of the tall ladder. It's steel, so it's pretty heavy.

I bought this stabilizer for roof and corner work. After unboxing the product, I found that only angled extensions were included in the kit. You need to buy another set of roof extensions. I got around this by drilling a second set of mounting holes in the corner extensions so I could install the extensions rotated 90 degrees. It worked great with no apparent compromise in strength.
