Good picture quality from these cameras. Came from a wireless system that always had connectivity issues when I found this wired set. I haven't had any connection issues with this setting and the video quality is better than wireless cameras. Katy is always quick to respond and resolve any setup issues or other issues you may have. Update 7-11-20 I had a total of three cameras that had problems. They solved one of them by replacing it. The second process was much more difficult. Even after proving that one of them was faulty by replacing it with a good one, they still wanted to connect over the internet to troubleshoot. There is no way I will allow anyone from China to invade my network. I am sorry. Two weeks ago one of the channels of the DVR stopped working for me. I ended up paying for the bad cameras out of my own pocket. I swapped the cameras to make sure there are no wires. It's not like this. The channel in the block itself does not work. So now there are only 7 that work. How long is not certain. Purchase at your own risk. They can help initially but want you to leave a good rating before they send out a replacement. If something still goes wrong, it's a huge problem to find any solution. BTW, their time is very different from mine, so for me most of the communication happened late at night. I will say I will never buy this brand again.
