Review on Modular Helmet Ribbon Gloss Black Motorcycle & Powersports by Robert Capers

Looks like a well made helmet which is what I expected from Bell. They have been making helmets for decades. I bought my first Bell helmet as a teenager and had my first dirt bike. It was an orange Bell Star full-face helmet. That's what all the pro riders wore, so I had to have one. After fifty years and many helmets I ordered this one. It has some weight, more than most other helmets, but it's not fun. A little extra weight makes me think stronger and more confident. The finish was beautiful and the black and red color combination went really well with my Yamaha Super Tenere. The problem for me was the size. I found the helmet too tight and exchanged it for a larger helmet. Unfortunately, this particular helmet is not available in sizes larger than 2xl. I actually had to buy another brand to accommodate my oversized bowler hat. But if you can carry 2xl this is a quality helmet and a bargain price. It's hard to beat Bell for quality and price.
