I just recently upgraded my Vac Seal machine and they are the first ones I've bought. I've used them for broccoli cheese soup, chili sauce, and spaghetti. I filled them just over halfway (2 servings) until cold. Fold the top down and use tape to hold them in place and slipped into my freezer overnight. The next day when I was frozen I vacuum packed (sealed) them and the bags worked beautifully! When I'm done I take them out, put them in boiling water to heat and they're ready to serve! No fuss, no mess! These bags are great! Highly recommend for everyone
