I like that we can use it for multiple events without having to purchase separate tickets for each event. It's also great because you don't have to worry about printing out tickets or handing them out at an actual show as well! We're able to send people straight to their individual pages within our website so they don't need to be looking around in different sections of our site if they want to know what time/location something is going down. This allows us to focus on other aspects of the website instead of just making sure all information is correct. Sometimes when using this software there are issues with some browsers not being compatible but usually those problems get resolved quickly. If you are running into any problems let support@digitickets.com know and they will work hard to fix things up for you. Having a centralized place where guests can go to find out details regarding shows has been helpful. The customer service has been amazing with all our digital tickets requests! They have helped us so many times in solving any issues we may face during implementation of their software as well as after launch. There's nothing I dislike about this product; it is very user-friendly and easy to implement within our organization. We are able to easily manage the sales, inventory management, reporting, etc. through its platform.
