In overall, I did not expect Samsung to provide such a setup for the price, and it would have been preferable for me to have purchased the same model from Honor or Xiaomi instead. But at this point, there is nothing that can be done; you will simply have to find a way to adapt to the situation. But folks, to tell you the truth, I do not recommend it! The advantages of it include the following: I loved that there are a lot of different configuration options to choose from. The camera on the back is serviceable. There is a lot of RAM, and even though I only have 8/256 of it, I enjoy using it. In general, it is not noticeably faster than the previous generation of the Honor10, and in some areas it will even be slower than its predecessor. In addition to that, there are 256 memories, whereas Honor only had 64. Having this drawback: Regularly scratches the screen, as well as the phone itself, and does it rather frequently. You go to get the phone because you need to make a call, but it wasn't in your pocket, it doesn't ring, and the screen in general does not react to your pressing it. I have to quit the application and then restart it, and then, by some MIRACLE, it started working again. The same thing happens with Facebook; for instance, if I want to type a message on Facebook but the keyboard won't open, I have to close Facebook and then reopen it before it will work. And this is true for anything that you do not touch. After a phone call, the screen stays black practically constantly; I've experimented with all of the settings, but none of them have helped to resolve the issue.
