Seller offering refund

When we first plugged in our corkscrew the charging or full charge lights (red or green according to the instructions provided) were not working. Also, when we first used the bottle opener after plugging it in and supposedly charging it for 24 hours, the cork barely popped out. We then received an email that we had received a refund. Would have preferred a new working knife but with a refund we will look for a new knife that works.
