My wireless remote has never worked since I took it out of the box. I've tried everything but it's just crap. The LEDs work great and are a darn good color but the only way to get them working is through my phone which is very annoying as the Bluetooth you have to use to connect to the phone is incredibly unreliable. Very often it does not connect.
